Processing
Ready-to-Ship weaves: 3-5 days
Commissions: Varies, approximately 2-6 weeks for production and then an additional 3-5 days for processing
Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive emails upon purchase and when your order ships.
I will refund any shipping overages. Once an order is shipped, delivery times are estimated and out of my control.
I am also happy to meet up anywhere in Manhattan! Please note in your purchase.
International Shipping
I would love to ship my weavings all across the world.
I currently have international shipping set to a flat fee of $30. I will cover up to a $5 difference, but if the shipping costs are more than $35 you will be contacted by me for the additional shipping amount. I apologize for the unpredictable shipping costs — I’m happy to cancel the order if the shipping fees are too high.
I will also refund any shipping overages. Your item will ship once the additional shipping amount is paid.
For International orders, you may incur additional VAT and fees based on your country. I am not responsible for these fees.
International orders may take several weeks to arrive after shipment.
Aside from defect I typically do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure to read the product descriptions, dimensions of each weaving and the shipping policies before completing your purchase.
I have made every effort to accurately photograph the weavings, but I cannot guarantee every computer monitor will depict the colors correctly.
That being said, I hope you love your order — please contact me and I will try my best to resolve any situation on a case-by-case basis.
